My #introduction - #science interested former #englishliterature major currently studying #counselling. Also interested in #meditation, #mindfulness connected to #compassion and a strong evidence base, as techniques in counselling to help people in need, and the capacity for a study of #philosophy to help us live as best we can as vulnerable creatures on a tiny blue #planet in the vastness of time and #space.
